LOGEIX (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates logeix.com. This policy explains what information we collect and why. We are a UK limited company providing Shopify SEO services. We do not sell your information.
1. Information you give us
We collect information you submit on this site, including:
- Contact and booking forms. Name, email, phone number, website URL, and details about your business such as business model, revenue range, marketing channels, and any message you send. We use this to follow up and to book a call (typically through Calendly).
- Email opt-in and free resources. Name, email, and sometimes a website URL when you download a guide or playbook, subscribe to the newsletter, or request similar resources. We use this to send the resource, confirm your email, and (if you opted in) send occasional emails about our services.
- Shopify SEO page auditor. The page URL and keyword you ask us to analyse, plus contact details such as name and email. We process the audit so we can show you results and, if you confirm your email, send or unlock the report.
- Trials and strategy requests. Name, email, and a product or collection URL when you request a trial or similar assessment.
- URL-based tools. Tools such as the theme detector and robots.txt tester send the URL you enter to our tools server so we can fetch and analyse the page. These tools do not require an account.
If you do not want to provide this information, do not submit the form. You can still browse most of the site without contacting us or signing up.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we (and our providers) may collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location. We also use cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
When you enter an email on a form, we may send it to an email-validation service to check it is not a disposable address.
3. Cookies, analytics, and ads
We use:
- Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used (traffic, pages, conversions such as form submissions).
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ads and events such as page views. This may set cookies (including
_fbpand_fbc) so we can attribute advertising. - Essential cookies needed for the site to work (for example remembering form progress or a confirmed email on this device).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies will not stop the site from working, but we may measure traffic less accurately. Google and Meta have their own privacy policies and opt-out tools.
4. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and book discovery calls
- Send requested downloads and confirm emails for tools
- Email you about our services if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Run and improve the website, tools, and our marketing
- Measure advertising and site performance
- Prevent spam and abuse
5. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, including:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email list and form opt-ins
- Calendly — scheduling calls
- Google — Analytics, and contact form submissions stored via Google (e.g. Sheets / Apps Script)
- Meta — ads measurement
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and storing or processing tool data (such as page audits)
- Debounce — checking whether an email address is disposable
They only get what they need to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law, or if we sell or transfer the business.
6. How long we keep it
Contact and lead details are kept for as long as we need them to follow up and run the business, then deleted or anonymised when they are no longer useful. Email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or we delete the record. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s settings.
7. Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you via the contact page.
- Depending on where you live (including the UK/EU and some US states), you may have additional rights such as objecting to certain processing or requesting a copy of your data. We will respond to reasonable requests.
8. Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
